How the Dual Ecosystem Works

In PosNova, retail merchants and online shop owners no longer need expensive aggregator merchant accounts. With SmsNova connected:

Instant POS Receipts & OTPs: Customer sales receipts and login OTPs are dispatched directly via your store phone's local SIM bundle at near-zero cost.
Sub-3ms Payment Auto-Reconciliation: When a customer pays via bKash/Nagad personal cash-out and provides their Transaction ID, PosNova verifies the TrxID and exact amount against incoming SMS data automatically.

Configuring SmsNova in PosNova Dashboard

No coding or backend knowledge is required. You can connect SmsNova to your PosNova store in 3 simple steps:

1Navigate to Messaging Providers

Log in to your PosNova Admin Dashboard (posnova.store/app), select your store, and in the sidebar navigate to:
Settings → Messaging Providers
Direct Route: posnova.store/app/[store_id]/inventory/settings/messaging

2Enter SmsNova Gateway Credentials

In the "SMS (SmsNova / BulkSMSBD / Alpha SMS)" card, enter your gateway details:

  • SMS API Key: Your SmsNova secret key (e.g. sn_live_...).
  • Sender ID / Phone Node: Your paired Android device SIM phone number (e.g. 8801885685632).
  • API URL (optional): https://sms.ullass.com/api/v1/messages/send (or leave empty).
3Enable Channel & Save

Switch the Enable Channel toggle to ON and click Save Changes. PosNova will immediately dispatch customer checkout receipts, order statuses, and OTPs via your Android SIM gateway at zero telecom markup.
